Our charitable purpose and mission includes developing, owning, and rehabilitating affordable housing for those in need including homeless individuals and families, low and very low income households, and special user groups. In addition provide associated services for upliftment of their lives across diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds with harmony.
In this decade, California Supportive Housing has been awarded several state and federal awards to develop multiple communities across California. We have a very healthy pipeline of units and multiple communities of both new construction and conversions. Our projects are cost effective and delivered on budget and on time.
Our team is experienced in land development opportunities and rehabilitations and has successfully publicly financed, developed, rehabilitated, and operated affordable housing communities.
