Adding supportive and affordable communities one at a time
Our team is experienced in land development opportunities, rehabilitations and has successfully publicly financed, developed, rehabilitated, and operated affordable housing communities. We are currently focusing on developing and delivering high densisty 100% affordable housing with speed and expediency. We are working with several counties and cities in the Bay Area on multiple properties to build, develop, and rehabilitate affordable housing.

Oakland Permanent Supportive Housing
Location: Oakland, CA
Prior Use: Hotel
Affordable Units: 104
A conversion and renovation of a hotel into 103 permanent supportive housing units for the homeless in Alameda County. As a testament to our team's experience and expertise, we were awarded the Highest and most economical Homekey award in the Bay Area (Oakland and California Supportive Housing awarded Homekey Round 3 funds). This is the highest award in the Bay Area and is the largest community of 104 units with lowest per unit costing. We had the pleasure in 2024 to conduct a press conference and tour of this property for Governor Newsom (only one ever done on an award), Head of HCD Mr. Gustavo, Secretary BCSH Ms. Moss, Senator Ms. Skinner, and Board of Supervisor President (Alameda County) Mr. Miley, and few Oakland city council members.
Sacramento Permanent Supportive Housing
Location: Sacramento, CA
Affordable Units: 66
Sacramento County and SHRA (Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Authority) selected California Supportive Housing to co apply for Homekey+ for a 122 unit motel conversion. The Board of Supervisors approved the project. HCD and SHRA were pleasantly surprised with our very strong Homekey application that required minimal comments. We were awarded by HCD for this project in December 2025.
Antioch Permanent Supportive Housing
Location: Antioch, CA
Prior Use: Hotel
Affordable Units: 85
Planned conversion and renovation of a hotel into 85 units. A permanent supportive housing unit to support adults and veterans with behavioral health challenges and facing homelessness. Earlier last year, the City of Antioch selected California Supportive Housing for an application for Homekey+. We are closely working with HCD and should be awarded shortly and develop 85 unit permanent supportive housing.
Oakland Affordable Housing
Location: Oakland, CA
# of Units: 88
Affordable Units: 88
Planned modular development of 88 studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom units in Oakland. With a central location catering to Homeless, Seniors, and families. A very well designed project that has city, city council, city staff support. Onsite residents will enjoy access to a community room with shared common area, parking, secured bicycle storage, and laundry facilities. We plan to develop this project in 2026-2028.
