Adding supportive and affordable communities one at a time
Community Resident Services (CRS) and California Supportive Housing has been developing affordable housing projects and providing supportive services throughout California. We are focused on developing affordable housing through stick-built and modular. CRS has been a General Partner for more than 3300 units across 35 communities (with more than 2800 in California) with successful LIHTC funding, built several communities, and have been providing support services to more than 8200 residents every year.
Here are a few examples of communities where CRS provides services.
Fremont Apartments

Serving more than 150 residents for the last decade, offering several support services for adults, families, seniors and children.
Pleasanton Apartments
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Affordable Units: 146
Serving more than 300 residents for the last decade, offering several support services for adults, families, seniors and children.
